Model P Mod (MMZ2) but in a 3ds .CIA file

So I saw a video showcasing a mod for MMZ2 (Featuring one of my favorite characters from ZX Advent none the less) Video can be found here 

So I said "Why not make it into a .CIA with some downloadable software"

And now here we are, I didn't make the mod, or the rom, but I packaged it into a CIA file.

But alas, I felt like I had to "establish" an encryption upon the file using this, it sucks that I had to "establish" it in that manner, if only you knew what I "established" as the decryption password.

I only made the .cia file, all other content goes to their respective creators, if people want me to take this down I will.
